Skrith have arm blades, but what about a staff?

A3 Skrith staff

Primary- Slash

Alt- Throw staff

Special- Does an overhead strike, when it lands, A blue wave of fire spreads out. that's because of the the blue battery allows you increase damage.

Special 2- turn battery on/off.

Story- This weapon was used by the legendary skrith warrior, Aznoun Deskree, he was the first to liberate the ancient city of Maya 3. after millenniums later, the skrith retrieved this artifact and added a A3 battery to allow more damage to the humans.

Ammo- 30 seconds of battery, must find replacement battery's. 2 battery's.

I don't like this idea. Too fantasy like. Besides it would require extra animations to look good.

I would like a staff it it could also be hurled as a spear.

And it should do less damage than the katana and have a slower swing rate to compensate for its increased range.

I would love to see a staff/spear weapon. I always kinda did want one for a while now...

And Kien, I gotta ask you... what in the world would you want for a weapon..?! One of them is too plain, now this one is too "fantasy like". first off, I don't see how this is fantasy like, and second, what the heck man?

This certainly is unique...

Any ways, of course it would require extra animations. It'd require animations that aren't in existence in the first place...

Now, what do you mean by the Spin Staff for alt fire, Storm X? Do you mean like spin around like a baton, or do something like a wide area sweep?

Anyways, I think what would be best for the staff would be a prepared attack with the primary fire and a spear throw with alt fire. With the battery activated maybe it has a bit of splash damage when it hits the ground?

Anyways, I'm all for this idea.

Hmpf. I like somethings. :/ I liked the dart gun idea to a bit.
