Yeah yeah, i know you think that the final was supposed be well final, but after looking at my old ideas, i figured, "why the hell not?"

and so after a few months of delibration, Presto.

R43 Autogrenade launcher

Primary- Launches grenades at 12 Mph speed.

Alt- Switches to the pneumatic mode, which allows you to change the trajectory. You have to pump it.

Special- switches grenades to the current ones in your armory

Clip- 8 small grenades. 2 clips, 1 clip to start with

I think 30 grenades in a clip is way too much, would make it quite spammy, maybe like 8 per clip.

6 per clip is beter so they wont spam it easily but make hte blast radeus big please

Straight flight doesn't sound very grenadey, that's for rockets. I have never seen much point in bashing with rifles. You never use it. If there is a melee attack it has to be something interesting like the tactical shotgun's taser thing.



What I personally wish for is a GL that can fire the current hand grenades. The weapon should use some special form of addon to the grenades which enables them to trigger on hit. These addons would serve as it's own "ammunition", other wise it fires the grenades timed like when you throw them by hand.

PF: Shoots grenades. If you have addon, they trigger on hit. Otherwise it works like SF.

SF: Shoots the grenades without addon, timed.

The gun can hold 4 grenades, you load them by hand like shotgun shells.

Alright, I'd have to disagree with you with the melee bash for rifle and such. I personally think there needs more generic bashing, but not for a gun like this.

As for the fire modes, straight line firing I don't like either.

How about this: Its pneumatic powered, this way, you can have adjustable trajectory and have it make sense, and then from that you can go with the idea of new ammo or the ability to use existing grenades. either way I like, though I'd say the hand grenades would be a more original one, so long as you load the grenades manually by shoving them into an attachment at the end of the barrel (which actually should be really short, if I'm guessing right, a longer barrel will serve no purpose if the grenade is only on the end of it).

Ammo could simply just be the grenades if its pneumatic. There'd be a bar showing the relative pressure of the thing, and each time you fire it lowers. Higher velocity firing would require more air, lower velocity requires less. Lower pressure would mean that there is less velocity to the shots. The thing would pump more air after the metre reaches less than maybe 75% to 60%, some fixed point in that range. I imagine it'd be quite noisy.
