But as for your idea, I don't think that fits the theme of the mod. It would be odd to see sandstorms on top of Skyline skyscrapers.

My idea is a gun that generates storms\twisters that confuses the enemy by throwing sand and gravel around him and bashes the enemy around with powerful funnel storms. |
