Yeah... but we don't have a Krome version of them, do we?
Besides, nobody complained about the Fifty-9, which is really just the XRS-10 with a choppy thing instead of a silencer, not to mention the neato blue muzzle flare. If it's made by Krome it should have some extra feature, like the blade on the Fifty-9. A blade on an uzi is quirky enough... how about one of those tazer things that shoots out and sends an electric current into the target through a wire? It'd be handy if someone gets in your face. Mess up their vision and aim and stuff, so you can zoom out and pop them in the head with the primary. The scope could be bound to the Use Sights key without much trauma.

I like the idea of another chrome gun. I especially like the ranged tazer. More stuff from the 60s/70s/80s... |

To me that looks like the target version of the ssg 3000 a swiss made snipers rifle, one of the finest aswell. I would love to see a bolt action snipers rifle in BW kinda adds a classic feel. |

Kien, one thing BW is not is a sci-fi only mod. Sure, it's set in the future, but look how many of the weapons are possible today. Hell, I think we're pretty close to nailing the Lightning Gun idea, too. The only real sci-fi weapons are the ViPeR and the Skrith weapons. Who says older weapons can't kick the same level of ass? Nobody complaining about Timesplitters 2 having an old bolt-action rifle and a plasma gun, and a minigun. So why complain about BW having them? Just play it for what it is: the best weapons mod available for UT2004, and enjoy the high-quality explodey and shooty stuff that RS pumps out. It's not designed to cater to one specific genre. I myself prefer running around with a knife, two revolvers and a rifle. In some cases they're better at killing than the sci-fi weapons. I can't remember being killed by someone with the Skrith rifle unless they've shoved the blades into my face. Oh, and on that note, I've got another idea for the alt-fire. How about an underslung titanium stake launcher? For those trophy kills. It could be used with the sniper, but it would severely mess up your aim after firing. But if it hits the target and does enough to kill them, they get nailed to the wall if they're near one, and their corpse stays there longer than usual. |

Oooh, like the giant stake gun idea... Perhaps it is manually reloaded, or maybe atachted toa cord, like a Harpoon? |

It's a manual loader. It looks sort of like an M50 grenade launcher. Only diffeence is it has a much longer loading time. You have to slide the entire casing forward, then slot what looks like a giant shotgun shell with a stake on the end rather than a fragmenting shell (like the shotgun stake rounds he uses in Blade Trinity), then close it again. That's why if you miss with it, you're dead, because your target's going to notice the large metal rod sticking out of the wall, and he'll turn around and shred you with whatever long-range weapon he's got at the time. |
