Here are 2 really cool looking scoped assault rifles that can be used for burst/ semi or automatic fire. But the best thing about them is that they have scopes so you can see target enemies with more procession. They could both either have laser sights or silencers added.

The G36 series can also be used as the second screen shot shows, as a machine gun and other really cool modifications! (yes i know the second screenshot is from a BF2 mod, i couldn't find a good pic of all of them plus when i put in G36 into google i got that image)

Yeah, an AKSU type gun could nicely fill the gap between the XK and M50. Don't know about the scope, tho; this is a short-medium range spray gun, not a sniper rifle. It's got good power, rof & mag capacity, but not too much accuracy.

I'd bet my left nostril you're a BF2 Specops player, uglypants. I'd rather go with the M4A1, even though it's a little too similar to the M50. The AKS is too short-barreled.

Caught me red-handed Carsomyr . Yeah i love the SpecOps guys more the MEC and UNSC, Chinese kits suck all together. Best thing for SpecOps is too take a fast vehicle and put bombs all over it than drive next to a enemy tank or group, than step out and run like hell, than explode bombs. Fun as hell, as long as it works!

I also love the G36 series guns as well. I'll add that screen to the first post.

A scoped and silenced (optional, Special) M4A1 would be nice indeed! But no scope and just a laser sight (alt) and silencer (Special) would also be very cool.

I think that the simply code weapons would be good cause the only real thing you have to do is model the guns and add sounds and animations and maybe revise some code to make them work better. It would be awesome if their was a simply coded weapons pack that was a part of BW it would be kinda like how 1.5 added more stuff, but this time it would add tons of bullet spewing guns

You RS guys could put those TO: CrossFire boys to shame with the insane amount of guns in BW... but i'm only hoping and dreaming *sigh*.

YES !! simple code weapon.. no insane coding, just wseveral weeks dedicated 2 making models sounds and animations!! this would be nice, cause youd have like 20 or so.. maybe more or less

It would be nice to make weapons that use only the current features of the BCore... No difficult and time consuming code... Just stuff like rifles, smgs, pistols, ARs, maybe some energy stuff, maybe rockets like stuff, etc...

OMFG, that would be sooo cool! You guys want some more suggestions for nice looking, straightforward guns? How about a stainless (and/or black) Tec-9 in .45 or .40 S&W, say 25-30 rounds in the mag, rof in between XK and M50? I always wanted one of those... Laser (alt) and silencer (special) optional.

The only thing besides making the models animations and sounds would be to give each gun different damage per bullet and different recoil and such, but i'm sure you RS guys already knew that.

I'm all for cutting down the workload for the mod team, but I don't want to see tons of new weapons coming out of nowhere with no real purpose that don't really add anything. I can see a use for maybe 2 or even 3 diferent weapons that all fill the same role, just as long as they differ a little and it doesn't get excessive.

Their just simple weapons that are cool but are easier for the mod devs to make, cause i don't know anyone who wouldn't want the entire G36 series of guns made be RS. Now that would be a dream come true for me. Full matches just dedicated to the use of the G36 guns. That would rock.

Also who wouldn't want a couple of carbine guns to choose from. The whole point of these simple guns is to have many guns to choose from so that one match can be totally different from the others.

And yes some of the simple guns wouldn't totally fit into the BW story but for a quick fix RS could say that a group of Mercenaries found a stash of old guns which were long since forgotten are now dominating the Gun market.
