I don't mean to be harsh, but how do you manage to make a ball of electricity (and the projectile would be stupidly fast) as for the actual idea it sounds good (also wouldn't the tesla surge would kill yourself? could up the power and do it as a suicide weapon) Raziel P.S I mean no offense, I only say so you know how to improve (My ideas are always crazy and hard to explain so I may not be the best to give advice  )
