Had this idea floating around in my head for months now, considering I've had this Lego pistol for quite some time and never actually made a model for it. Here's the weapon description: SF-27 T.A.P. Primary Fire: .480 Ruger Semi-Auto Fire (9 per clip) Secondary Fire: Orange Laser Beam Manufacturer: UTC Experimental Weapons Department Description: The Special Forces model 27 Tactical Assault Pistol is a relative newcomer in the arsenal of the UTC Defense Tech. Firing .480 Ruger ammunition, the SF-27 has a unique situation of needing to design a special loading mechanism for the semi-rimmed cartridges. This design is expensive and complex, but was managed to be created by the UTC Experimental Weapons Department. With the additions of the laser aiming module and the reflex scope, the SF-27 is quickly able to be aimed, and thus fired faster than most other pistols.

Actually there are 3 images that were supposed to appear of the weapon model, but I can't remember how to direct link images from BWC... Edit: I just used DeviantArt to try making for links, but the half-view images suck. I hate DA... Edit: To make a note, I am almost done with the Idle Animation. It's probably going to be the longest idle anim of all the BW weapons, but I think it'll probably be the most dynamic one at that. No simple up and down moving here! Edit2: I finished the PutDown and BringUp anims as well, and have the EmptyIdle also done. Yay, now for the... ugh... reloads. Oh, and firing, but that's easy! |

Animations are pretty easy, it's more of the tedious work of trying to make the animations actually look proper for the view you'd have in-game. About the only thing I can't do ATM with making a weapon for BW is textures, but I'm still going to also try that as well. Right now I only need to work on the reload and empty reload animations, then the textures, and finally the code (yay, easiest part!). |

Never played F2, so I wouldn't even know what that looks like. Oh, I'm working on textures now, as well as code, so this gun should be nearing completion very soon! |

Thank you! I tried pretty hard to make the weapon look right with animations as well, but I won't know how well they look until I get the code working properly. It's in-game, but I haven't had time to test it around JUST yet. A beta should be placed out for those who would be willing, but I won't start taking in names for that quite yet, maybe in the next few days. |
