since now we got knowledge, we could see if it's possible to make the lightining gun/minigun/railgun backpacks to explode or have a drawback if shooted.

Of course it's possible. All we need now is to determine what exactly will happen when the packs are shot.

I have mentioned this before at runestorm.com. But it's good idea. I want it. Mini nuclear explosion from railgun. Teslay explosion from HVC. :3 If my weapon becomes real it could explode with all the grenades.

Lightning gun should continously gain heat until it goes critical and melts down. Lightning type explosion, perhaps lie the Alt fire's explosion.

Minigun should loose ammo from each hit, with the slight chance of a round or two to go off.

Rail gun should have a lightning type explosion as well. The only thing the back pack thing does is generate electricity. The Radiation hazard is for the ammo.

There's my suggestions.

The wiki describes the ammo as "Depleted Uranium-Dragonium Slugs", which I would assume means it's not radioactive.

Bah, when we see the radiation hazard symbol, we expect it to be nuclearly explosive.

well, the railgun... maybe the backpack becomes bugged and sends so much electricity to the magazine and it explodes. so the entire weapon system explodes in a beautiful explosion.

Hmm... could've sworn the RS guys said that it wasn't a nuclear device thingy on your back but simply an electric generator...

Ah well, whatever.

But seriously, you guys need to read Sgt. Kelly's readme. Like, in the credits/thanks section. About the plas cannon. *hint hint*
