I was just thinking the other day about interesting ways that you could possibly kill someone in a spectacular way, and all of a sudden i thought to myself; "what if plants could kill you." Straight after i thought that it would be a stupid idea, but then it got me thinking a little more and i did a little research on fungal spores.

What if there was some sort of grenade that when activated releases a massive fungal spore that can poison and damage using a vast array of biological neurotoxins to kill. And maybe for effect, the spore also causes more fungus to grow in the area, which also releases more neurotoxins into the air. I also thought that it might be interesting if you died because of the spore, you explode in a shower of toxic discoloured blood and body parts. :twisted: MUAHAHAHAHA *A new age of biological warfare is coming*

so, what do you think, would this suit the theme of BW? or would it be too stupid?

hmmm very interesting, kinda reminds me of the fleshbomb rifle from UT4E but with chain reactions. Why not make it so the fungal spore takes over the body and turns the person into a zombie sort of thing? Now that would be funny lol

but your idea to use biological things as weapons is good.

i think making something similar to the flesh bomb rifle would be neat, either that or a zombie grenade (releases a virus that turns people into zombies)

Biological warefare ftw, I'd like to see this in BW. (even though it doesn't really fit the theme xD)

We do need more biological and chemical weaponry, because the Tox grenade just isn't enough.

Fungal spores should stop the breathing. so basically, you asphyxiate to death.

yah i think the rage grenade will be pretty sweet, could you imagine what would happen if you got like 5 or 6 guys with that in a span of 10 seconds?
