DESCRIPTION: An upgraded Flamethrower, named after the famous weapon used by the Byzantine Navy and won them many a great battle. Primary Fire: Your standard jet of flames. Very hot, very painful. Users also have to be careful not to move around too much, lest they catch their own fire. Ammo Capacity: Largely the same from its current counterpart. Fire Modes: Let's you switch between THREE ammo-types... 1) LOX Rocket Propellant. Normal damage and normal "scorch damage" (how the flames stick to a player even after moving away from the source). 2) AVTUR Jet Fuel. This has the highest damage, but the lowest "scorch damage" since it dissipates quickly in the air. It also consumes ammo the fastest, so it must be conserved and used only when necessary. 3) Napalm-B jellied fuel. This has the lowest damage, but the highest "scorch damage" since it's gel-based, it sets opponents ablaze the longest. Secondary Fire: Sprays the unignited fuel. This can be used to set traps and/or douse your opponents in highly-flamable gas, disabling them from using any weapon that might ignite the fuel. This also depends on the ammo-type the wielder is currently using: 1) Rocket Propellant spray. It's more visible than Jet Fuel and doesn't dissipate too quickly, so it's easy to set traps with. 2) Jet Fuel spray. Semi-invisible and dissipates in the air the quickest, so it must be ignited quickly. 3) Fires globs of Napalm-B jell unto the environment. Unlike the others, this doesn't stay air-borne and sticks around like the Bio-Rifle goop. It also sticks around for the longest but it's the most visible of all ammo-types. SPECIAL FIRE: This turns the flamer into a really-powerful Blowtorch, capable of dealing extensive damage to vehicles and people alike, but it must be used at close range. This uses the Flamer's igniter, so it doesn't use any ammo, but it has to be recharged from time to time. COMBINATION FIRE: Pressing the Secondary Fire while holding down the SPECIAL FIRE makes the Flamer fire a small gout of flame, which flies forward a reasonable range (like a fireball) before dissipating in the air. This can be used to ignite the unignited gas traps or deal direct damage to enemies. This also depends on the ammo-type in use: 1) Rocket fireball. Normal range, decent damage. Knocks back opponents. 2) Jet fireball. Short range, tremendous damage. 3) Napalm fireball. Flies in an arc. Stays around for a long time, but has weak damage. Set opponents ablaze for a long time. |

Just thought I'd point it out, but Napalm is in fact a thick gel used to keep things burning for a long time, much like how you described the flamable gel. Knowing that, your Black Napalm kinda confused me with its name. |

I'd say replace flammable gel with black napalm, and that with plasma or something similar. |

Oops... now that's one major case of "Did Not Do Their Research" on my part. Hmm... What kind of fuel ignites into invisible flames...? |

Try that fuel they use in Formula One. Super dangerous when it ignites, since it goes unrecognized at first while the guy dances around screaming. >_> Then people realize what's going on. And THEY scream! |
