Could someone make an MP5-SD6 (Non Handgun Class) with Built-on Silencer with Red Dot Sight and Retractable Stock for Accuracy Improvement with 2 Fire Modes (Semi - Full Auto) with Decent Damage roughly 35-40 Damage?

Reason I say Damage and Retractable Stock for Accuracy is because the XK2 Lacks Damage and Accuracy against Pawns on Godlike Difficulty.

The XK2 is actually very accurate and has the best damage ratings in the SMG class.

You can adjust the damage in the mutator options, by the way.

Which Mutator lets you do this?

Also I would still love to see this Weapon in a Future Weapon Pack. It's a really good Navy Seals Weapon.

You can adjust the damage by using the "Configure Mutators" option on the "Mutators" tab and opening "Balllistic Weapons/Loadout/Evolution" (whichever you have active)
Damage Adjusting will be one of the first options that pops up on screen.
(If there's another way to tweek this without editing files on the System folder, let me know please)

Also, try using the XK2 with crosshairs disabled. I personally aim much better that way

Does it work with Custom Gametypes like Unreal 1/UT2004? I've been Placing the Ballistic Weapons that I Like in the Maps using the UT2004 Editor so I'm just wondering if Tweaking the Weapon Damage will take Effect.

Also I'll give it a Shot without the Crosshair!

If you play with loadout/evolution loadout you don't need to do so.
But otherwise you need to place stuff on the maps or probably use the itemizer but I never tried to use itemizer for it.

Ok well Hopefully I can just tweak the Weapon Damage and Efficiency then place the weapons anywhere I want using UT2004 Editor and hopefully it will work.
