Im here to talk about two odd-looking weapons that I haven't seen on many games, or not even in games.

H&K G11

Ok, starting off with the H&K G11 (yeah, the CoD Black Ops one).
It's not the fact that is on CoD that I mention it (I'm not a fan of CoD). But when I was playing Black Ops, the way the mag is inserted caught my attention. After some research I started to like the gun, it doesn't have a "beautiful" exterior but it's kinda weird how the feeding works.

Chiappa Rhino (the one on the image is the 40DS)

If it looks familiar, it's the one you see on the total recall remake. very strange looking revolver, the barrel is on the bottom and the cylinder is hexagonal. Also comes in various sizes for your liking. (Also to note that I haven't seen it on any games yet)(I recommend watching a review of it, yeah it's boring but you get to know all the functions and how it works)

This is not a request topic, but to give out ideas to the RuneStorm community. Feel free to post more "Odd weapons" or weapons you haven't seen on games yet.

HK G11 is in a lot of games, not the most common thing but it still well used. First Time I remember it for being used it was in the game Chaser
Actually the great particularity of this weapon is the caseless ammunition, hyperburst and how it manages recoil.

It was a real prototype weapon and if you have read the topic about prototype weapons you will see all the odd stuff people have put in there.

This was the advanced combat rifle trials in USA for a search to replace the M16

As far as the revolver goes I'd say the mateba is even weirder than the rhino as it's a revolver that simulates the behaviour of a semi automatic pistol by using the recoil to recock itself after the first shot, the other particularities are shared with the rhino like the bottom barrel and the hexagonal drum
As for Video games the rhino is very rare, the newest SW (in a custom form) and the latest ghost recon game have it and that's about it.

Bullpup Assault rifles, for one. They're not exactly common, with mot games only having one, maybe two, but there's actually quite a lot. And all of them look very different, with each having some amazingly clever bits. (Look up how a P90's magazine works, it's bloody brilliant.)
There's also the ol' German Luger, which most people are afraid to use nowadays because it's such a classic "bad guy" gun. Thank the Nazis for that. The whole top back half of the folds up to eject a casing, which looks awesome in slow motion.

I think bullpups are super common in games they aren't as represented as armalites or kalashnikovs, but still they do, also unofficial packs have them and will have more of them, same with weapons with strange mechanisms and aesthetics.
Just one thing if you search really for the strange and odd stuff try to show us something we haven't thought about IE something that isn't present in the suggestions, or even in the prototype weapon thread I think that would be quite better than showing about well something we have already thought about.

Just one word though, I have looked about the G11 and don't worry I will try doing a weapon with a similar approach someday.
As for bullpups Xavious, Azarael have made some already and so does fische11 and jack carver as for me considering that the G11 is a bullpup and I have even bullpups planed there will be bullpups.

This rather odd-looking weapon was used in the arenas by the gladiators of the ancient Roman Empire.its my first time to see that cool weapon.
