I mean like a destroyed city where you can get into the ruins and shoot down onto anyone below in the street... similar to a COD map... Raziel P.S sorry about making two requests in under 10 minutes |

This would be fun to create, although hella hard considering that city maps tend to become overly complex, or needing some sort of defining feature. Possibly I could expand on this idea with the map being centered around a plaza of sorts that has a closed off subway station at one end and a large tower on the other than allows for entrance to an elevator to the top of that building and then sniping the plaza below? |

I don't know how to map make... so feel free, I was just throwing the suggestion in there... Raziel P.S this would make a great ONS/CTF map... put the plaza between the two bases... |

I'm kinda working on a city-ish map, except it's still in perfect condition. I haven't gotten too far, but I'm working on it. It's kinda small too, so it would probably be good for DM. |

I would make it myself, but I don't know how to make a flat level, let alone a city! Raziel P.S could we merge everybody's scraps of cities together to make one map? |

DM-RoofRunner wouldn't work so well with other city maps... so I'll have to opt-out on putting my map in there. It'd be a good idea if we can work out city styles though! |

Raziel P.S Pro-desktop is the worst for not loading... once you close it you have to go into task manager and end the "ProD.exe" task... otherwise your computer lags horrifically and Pro D will not load up again

Unreal Ed 4 (or the UT3 editor in other words) is pretty easy to use. So bad that in order to change a material or static mesh setting you need to write a command in the log. |

Going off-topic guys! -- Anyone tried to draw up a map yet? If not... when I finish working on the XML20, I'll try to do something that will be large enough that we can split up sections of the city to different members of BWC to create. That or go back and actually FINISH working on DM-RoofRunner... |

There wouldn't be terrain in it would there? 'Cause I've seen some pretty wierd things happen when you mix bloody hell with terrain. |

Considering I'm so annoyed with Maya right now on my new computer, I've started working on a desert city map. All I can say right now is that it's called DM-StreetWarrior. It's kinda small, but it's going to be developed for BW. In other words, it's oing to have quite a bit of cover, some good for hiding behind against small arms fire, and others that only a Railgun could penetrate. Then there's the few that are just bad for hiding behind ever! |
