Looks pretty good. But you have to coordinate some things such as skyboxes, level name, terrains, etc. with everyone. Also, it might work better if everyone sends their stuff (as a level) all to a single person so it all blends together in a single way instead of haphazardly. Other than that, I'd like one of the big spaces if possible. |

It would probably be easier to make this an indoor map where each area is a room, or several rooms, where an author can use their own style whle still fitting within a theme, say, industrial like DM-Rankin. That way there will be no problems wih terrain and perhaps those who can't map could create textures or a skybox. Modellers could also make static meshes. Those that can do everything - good on them. Also, I want the top-left corner. I think we may have to have another floor if a lot of people want to help. |

I'd love to do this sort of thing, but there's a MASSIVE problem with that map. It's not in a base of 2. You'd do better to have it setup where it's like in sets that have the base of 1024. So that map should be 10240x10240 as the final size. And what is the base idea of the map? I don't really feel like doing a city type map though, they require way too much in the idea of trying to figure out some set of static meshes and textures that won't be too limiting. I might take a 2048x3072 slot though. |

I want to aid as well. Are we making this a Ballistic Community ap or just a regular Community map? Because I feel like adding in some miniguns! |

I'm claiming one of the big spaces. I don't care which one. Also, you may want to make it even better than a base of 2 and go with a power of two, such as 16384. Also, what about building on the z-axis? Is there a limit to how high we can go? |

Thats what i meant, we make a map of size (INSERT DIMENSIONS HERE), with the bottom covered by sheets of different colours, so we know which part we are working on. Then, when weve done our part, we upload to a filesharing site, and PM the entire map to the next person. |

Well, if this is going to get off the ground, unlike so many other projects I have worked on, we need to decide on a theme and method. I say we choose a theme and then let artists have free reign in their chosen area, so the map has areas of differing styles and gives it a 'group project' feel. Perhaps each artist could sign their own area. |
