is there a way to make a solid floor damaging? i can only seem to do damaging volumes |

Try to place a damaging volume low to the floor. This is probably the simplest way to do so, even though it might be the most annoying to figure how high off the ground it needs to be so a player will get hurt entering it. |

I think 16 unis thick would be the thinnest you could go and still have it work. If not that than 32 units. But why would you want just surfaces to damage you? |

for my doom map, instead of making volums that hurt me, i wanted it to be the same, so the slime in the zigzag room can be walked on, but damages |

Yeah, I figured that, but I don't think that there'd be much difference than if you were to just use a very short volume instead. |
