I want to take my UT2004, and play it of my flash drive at school.

However when i try, i get an error saying my key is invalid.
Apparently, its because i cannot edit the registry at school.

Is there a way to bypass the key check, so i can play it?

I didn't know you could do that! But if your school's anything like mine, there's no way you can do anything. Hell, I can't even run executables, ISOs, MSIs or anything so there's no chance of me doing anything. I doubt there's a way past the key check.

With UT99 it works, but with UT2004 I'm not certain

Yeah, UT99 and old games like Deus Ex can be played anywhere.

Playing UT2004 on other computers will require potentially illegal registry edits. I'm going to warn you all in advance that if illegal content is discussed here, there will be dire consequences.

What so you cant copy the files on Ut

Just so the dire consequences can't be reached, I'll lock this thread. Before that, I will say that if you can't get UT2k4 to run off the drive without a CD key, then you are just out of luck. CD key bypasses are illegal in a vast majority of cases (if not all), so don't ask for them around here.
