OS: Windows NT 6.0 (Build: 6002)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 2531 MHz with 1021MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS (8250)

Only happens when i finish a match, like i win (or lose) an assault round, and i click to continue. Always happens.

it means that UT2004 somehow has crashed for whatever reason. Ive had that error a lot, thats one of the very common errors i would receive in UT due to mod reasons or custom stuff most of the time! hope this helps. if not, let me know and i can help you some more if i need to :)

Fixed it. Noticed one of the lines mentioned shadows, and i had just turned the settings down for a bit of quicker game play.

So technically, i have to run UT2004 at highest settings, or it crashes :(
