hello, i had ut 2004 for windows, i want to move to ubuntu, but i don't have a linux installer. How can i reconfigurate it to run propperly on linux? i have found some things wich needed to be tweaked but no luck so far. It starts, then when it would bring in the nvidia logo, my monitor stops and says that frequency is out of range. Maybe the problem is with my driver? |

Could be a graphics card problem, but that message comes up if you try to run a resolution in a monitor higher than it can support. I would recommend going through the various UT2004.ini and changing the resolution to something very low. |

it didn't work out. I will try to sort out any driver problem or SDL problem. Though, would be good if there would be a linux user, who could describe all the differences between windoes and linux settings and files. |
