Here's my small little option that shoul be added to BW.

Their should be an optiona wheather to have the XK2 and the handgun plus all guns that 'will' have silencers on to start with the silencer either on or off of the barrel.

It should be off to begin with but i can't force the devs to do that, so a simple check box could do.

Rather have this option work for all weapons that will have a silencer in the future, and I'm sure the XK2 and the handgun ain't the first and the last ones. :)

I agree. Optional would be okay. But if option isn't going to happen should be off by default.

I think an option like this is just a waste of time to code, just leave it off by default, that's all that is needed. :)

i see.. you all dont seem to care if its off by default, or an option for it.. PROBLEM; we like it on by default :P

One thing that bugs me a little. . .the inconsistency between keys for toggling the sillencer.

For the XK2, it's secondary. For RedShift's guns, it's the special weapon feature button. I suggest moving the XK2's silencer to the Special weapon button, just for consistency.

yeah and make put the special addition to the XK2 (yes RS is adding something which i think Bjossi knows about) to the alt fire.

I don't know about anything that RS are going to add, but I do agree with Carsomyr's point. Binding the on/off silencer function to the special key of the XK2 would be a good move in my opinion.
