well I found some good mutators
but you kind of need to use them together to get good results
the first one makes the bots shoot better and some what smarter
they use grenades much better
the name of the mutator is Advanced Bot VampirusJR

it works well but the bots seem to move to fast when put on 100 percent
so I used another mutator that I have had for some time called Tweak Tool 2004
to make the walk the right speed but maintain there great shooting ablities
