Could someone make a V22 Osprey with Enterable Cargo Hold so you can transport a Large Group of Teammates and 1 Small Vehicle like a Jeep?

There's a dropship in the latest Airpower mod version that can pick up a group of players and a vehicle. It would essentially function like that Osprey, except it has no propellers.

Perhaps the MH-53 Helicopter from Meowcat's TD Vehicle Pack could be the closest to what you look for... |
