Here is two hands and full arms for your use with Maya. Skin weights are done, but not perfect. Expect to tweak them depending on what you plan to do with them.

Maya PLE only save in this format? because Blender don't import from .mp

Well, that version is only for Maya PLE. I can get you just the mesh in a format you can use though. Won't be ready for animating though.

You can't use the RS hands until SB or DC release them, if they ever do. You need to have the original meshes to use those hands.
