First of all you need a recording software, I don't give any because that's your own choice and people pretty much knows where to get ones. Second thing use audacity for audio editing. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ Because in order the sound must be a WAV mono to be compatible with the following software. The last thing is having UT 2004 voice packager http://www.gamefront.com/files/9652549/ ... r-1.0.4.6/ That software allows to people who doesn't know how to create mods or stuff like that the possibility to use voices for every command. I made an ED209 voice pack with, it's not great but it works fine. |
