I have been making a map for past few weeks with what time I have had and I now have enough done to warrant some screen shots. Note : Lighting is bad atm, I use zone lighting for now until I get everything else how I want it.
The Map:
A High Altitude Alpine Forest with a light snow fall and a small farming village near the center of the map. I'm going to add more houses etc in the middle. This middle area will serve as a close combat area. I will make it relatively safe from snipers(As long of you are careful) and will prevent the map from becoming a spawn camping sniper fest. More trees will be added too to cover the problem of long range sniper spam. A large uphill area is present for snipers or lookouts. There is a bridge but it will serve as a map barrier. You will not be able to cross or fall into the river currents.
Also to be noted, The Terrain Foliage can not be turned off. This will add more detail to map and will also serve as a light cover. I will try to balance it out so it won't lag players with lower end graphics cards to a certain degree(but don't complain about lag if you are still using a GF5/6 Series card still XD)
*Grass and Tree leaves also move.
