I can help if you want, I'm busy as hell right now though, so maybe when I have more time.

But anyway, what do you need? Models? Coding? Animations? Or just help?

For the mg42, use animation of cod world at war.
Try to use texures of Call of Duty game
Toggle Skirt Minigun and replace it with the PPSH 41

Sorry but you can't just do that.

For starters its ILLEGAL. :naughty:

Instead the assets will be either imported with permission from the authors or custom made.

Unless Of course if you are willing to ask the COD devs for permission, though I won't count on it, I already tried and it was in vain.




Anyway I would like to post more updates as well, once I get verification from Unreality.
Its either that or he does the posting. :P

Well, what I can say is that Unreality lost a bunch of his Unrealscripts , so I went ahead and saved his behind by allowing him to use mine. :P

I've been working on a couple of the UnrealScripts here and there, I've been pretty busy lately with the ACT test coming up, plus finals for this term. I had lost most of the scripts that I had when the project first started, templates, examples, along with some of the actual gun scripts, I've been trying to recreate them bit by bit. lol But once again, because of school right now it's been slow.
But I'm on xfire basically everyday, so if you would like a more current update you could talk to me there... Unreality's Xfire

Yeap, I also went ahead and coded some guns up as well, using placeholders of course.

Also, you can find my X-fire Account as well, since Im in his friends list.
And let me tell you, I am doing alot of behind the scenes work with the scripts, so were not dead!!!

EDIT: So far I made much codes for the guns, the only thing hindering progress would be the lack of having more members working on this.

Sorry I missed this, I try to drop in every now and then to see new posts but I missed this edit.

I have to agree, if we can get enough people working on this it would be perfect.
More stuff, if you have xFire or Steam add me. For whatever reason, whether you have ideas for the pack, if you know the editors (Blender, UnrealEd, etc), or if you think you can help in any way at all.

Hey man! I've been dead for a long time, probably since Dec last year. I've made a few good models since then, don't know if you can use them though, you probably have all them models you want right now!

these aren't textured just so you know, just simple block colours using blender!
Oh and i have a Semi-auto Glock model you might be interested in. Some other bits lying around too!

He doesn't texture and he don't UV map.
Though I hope none of these models exceeds the 6000 quads.

21 thousand verts for the Kriss.
51 thousand verts for the Colt.

To be fair, these were high quality models that i made not really intended for a game with an outdated engine ;D
Still, i have a load of old models, and unfortunately i'm busy working on an animation project so I will have no time to model any new guns.

Also I do UV map, learned how not too long ago. I just chose not to as I could not be bothered.

The number of Verts dont actually make much of a dirrefence, Since the game deosnt draw them,

Its the Number of Polygons.

You can check the number of polygons displayed on the side of the vertices (number of faces).
But actually even for a game even modern, these weapons are excessively high on polygons.
You can check a game like crysis no weapons exceeds the 6000 ;)

That's not a matter of liking or not ;) it's much more about their usability.
I like your models in the matter of aesthetic.
They look excellent and all.
I have no complaint about that, but to mention the grenade launcher you did a while ago, captain xavious tried to fix it and was unable to do so because there is too much things to fix to make it usable.
