Long story... On May 16th, i was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. part of my heart doesn't pump right so my heart has to work harder to do normal things. This made my heart rate speed up, and made me tired all the time. Thankfully we caught it in time, and (knock on wood) were able to relieve the workload with medication. I spent about two weeks out of school and was able to finish finals. Now i can't play hockey for a while, so i'm as bored as can be... and to add to that i haven't hung out with my friends in over a month. I'm thankful we caught it before it got worse or I might not have been able to do what i can do. |

Most likely there will be some permanent damage, i probably won't be able to ride roller coasters, drink or do drugs (not that i wanted to), and will always be on medication. But i should be able to do normal everyday things. |
