Alex remove the url tags,just the url typed out is sufficient.

hmmm, thanks for your help but what do you mean by "put that html back in and we will see if that does it." Because Ive tried placing the link "http://www.youtube.com/Alexand3rS" between the (link=hyperlink url) (/link) thing before and all its done is led me and other people back to my post. %-6

No hyperlink tags,no tags at all JUST the url,the ENTIRE url.

Hyperlink tutorial:

You have to put the website's address in the red spot. [link=hyperlink url]Name.[/liink]

What you want to call the link goes in the blue spot. [link=hyperlink url]Name.[/liink]

It should end up looking like this. [link=www.blablabla.com]Cool Stuff.[/liink]


Take out the extra i in liink to get a fully functional hyperlink. :)

OKAY my link works again. I fixed it (see below for how I did). Sgt. Kelly, thanks for ALL your help and thank you everyone else for saying hello and lending a hand.

:! Sgt. Kelly: You forgot one important thing in your tutorial: that is that the URL should have http:// behind it, otherwise it tries links you to a page on this website.

So your example should have looked like:

[link=http://www.blablabla.com]Cool Stuff.[/liink] :)

It does work now. I get sent to youtube. Just to be safe I opened up your profile from admin control, the tagging in your signature is correct.
