Hi everyone,

Name's TeaCup, a die-hard fan of Ballistic Weapons mod since in UT2003.
I love it when some of you working so hard to keep this great (or greatest, to me) mod ever created for UT2004, alive.
I hope I will have something in the future that I can contribute to this community and help adding new stuffs for BW.

Which new weapons? Fische and Jack carver or the Kelly weapons...or the kaboodles pack?

Sadly I never play UT2004 online because of my PC... and my terrible aiming skill :oops:
Even when playing Instant Action, there are too much lags. I wonder what will happen
to my PC if I play online... perhaps it could explode!

V9, so far, is awesome, and keeps getting better.

And welcome to the forums, TeaCup. Kick back your shoes, sit down in one of our comfy leather chairs with a cold drink and feel at home. 8)
By the way, I'm happy to see another Instant Action-only player. In fact, I never play online in any game, except in the past I've had a co-op session here and there over the course of my 15 years as a gamer.

It's really good to see another 'non-online' player here, Bjossi :greetings-waveyellow:
Most people think it's not smart enough to play with 'stupid' bots in UT2004 but for me they're challenging enough. So I think it's safer for me to play alone rather than become a slaughter victim in multiplayer :lol:

Yes...I am that DougC-Icarus from that UT2004 forum. As for GreatEmerald, he is still working on UT3 Style Mutator for UT2004.

We might need to count how many are offline players.

I've been on the single player planet for a while, yet as a lurker.
The only multiplayer experience is Starsiege: Tribes. After that...forget it!

I am not sure, although I cannot find the most recent post. I did not really check back at that forum since it is updated four times less than the other boards (i.e. GoW).

Yes, Unreal 2 Weapons Mutator is one of GreatEmerald's awesome works. Yet I'm sure UT3 Style Mutator will be his most appreciated project by his fans ;D

I'm a mostly offline player, mainly because I can mess with my airstrike mod when I play offline.

Really? Never knew about Drakk Laser Gun porting. So, was he succeeded?

I see. While I'm 'pleasurize' myself with BW mod all the time. Don't know why, but I love blowing bots with G5 RPG :twisted:

I don't know most of the weapons were from UT XMP, now for the drakk laser I don't know if he succeeded or not

Can your PC running UT2004 with high details? Mine can only running UT2004 with low settings so I can't enjoy all those glorious blood and gore effects in BW :(

I wonder though, what part in the graphics settings should be increased to see at least the drag and smash blood effects in game? :think:
