Hey, I joined this forum cause I saw that there were some good projects underway and lets face it, UT3 is one of the coolest games to mod. I decided that I'd really liket o download the new Crucible (V1.1) and all was going well until I went to install it. It said that the shortcuts ould not be created so I checked the read me file that directed me to copy a certain section of directory after a duplicated UT3 shortcut. I did as it said but my game appeared as usual. I was wondering if there is any advice that anyone can give me to access this mod? Great work guys, hopefully I'll be enjoying it soon. By the way, a little background info on my gaming history. Im 18 and I grew up playing all the original ID software games such as Doom and Quake. They're among my favorite games ever. I started getting into a bit of UT and sudden;y I was taken away with Game Of The Year. One of the best games to LAN on to date. Anyhow, after I discovered STEAM, I managed to get hold of a bunch of games at some fairly amazing prices and UT3 was one of them. I really think it's a fantastic game that deserves all the people it has out there trying to create their share of mods. The developers are very clever and generoues to provide us with UTED so that we may continue updating this work of art. Please help with my Crucible issue! My STEAM username is Dolphin Buff Man for anyone who is interested. I can give a list of games so that you can see if you have anything in common. |
