Post subject:  Just one question.
Why is there no real BW for UT3? I just ask because BW has been the greatest fun I ever had. I know of no current or future mod that will even compare to it, until abaddasss server switched to the all guns model I had a hell of alot of fun on there. I know it is there decision but that is the only server I know of with BW & times I ask for a list, I am ignored. Oh well if you guys want to let a great mod go, oh well.

ABadAss is the only USA BW server I know. LDG runs BW as well, but we're European and I doubt you'd want to play there with an American ping.

I guess the reason there's no BW for UT3 is because the assets were made to UT2004 standards, thus requiring additional work to make them fit into UT3, and also because UT3's reception was very poor. I hear UT3 is now dead online.

Runestorm has also moved beyond mods and onto commercial games, mod work doesn't pay the bills.

While a commercial BW game isn't necessarily out of the question, its not something they will be doing soon.

Go for ut2004://server.ut2004.crazy-froggers.com:7777 if you want some other BW carnage.
Located in Germany. Deathmatch, Loadout Expanded V1.2 and CF Mutator V1.1 (you get that stuff from the server since it is not yet uploaded anywhere).

ut2004://server.ut2004.cf12.net ok after a bit of work I connected, but I didn't have a map & I refused to download from server. Where can I get a map pack that the server has?

We have the community bonuspack around. I may update the fast redirect this weekend, so you can get everything from the server :handgestures-thumbupright:

I am sure I have Loadout Expanded V1.2 and CF Mutator V1.1 installed, conection still fails with no reason given. Could it be that I don't have the CBP installed?

I uploaded now the entire two community bonuspacks to the fast redirect. The server will hand out all the files by now. Only a few custom maps still need to be compreyssed and uploaded to the fast redirect. But this shouldnt be a big problem after all.
