The A42, A49, A73, A73-E, HVPC, and BFG all heal nodes and vehicles. Friendly fire only gives you the benefit of un-healing your teammates.

BFG?, is that the E-V plasma cannon?, and also is there a "simple" way i could add this functionality to the HMC and the Lightning gun?

I found a bug in the prototypes: The mk16 automatic shotgun no longer works. I spawn with it, but can no longer see the weapon model or fire it.


Also, for those who don't already know this, the plasma firemode on the dark star builds nodes and heals vehicles extremely fast.

Oh yeah, I already knew. I'm not very partisan in demonic weapons, but the plasma firemode heals extremely quick, a very good point for Goliaths, Leviathans and Nodes! (The bots should use these features for a good ONS singleplayer experience).

Also, nobody knows fix the Ballistic Weapons HUD (key Q) with respawn in next objective in Assault maps? I can deactivate this feature, but I don't like it.

For Captain Xavious: Coach Gun and Sawn Off ugly? Sawn Off has a certain look to a pirate weapon, I like it.

Disable weapon select UI to let Q teleport you to the next assault objective.

Oops, sorry for don't explain better in my last thread. Yeah, I can disable this option, but I like preserve this option.

I'm going to be releasing a hot patch soon that shall be addressing some of the remaining issues.

- Bulldog accuracy settings changed. (Accuracy improved, follows users settings better.)
- Bulldog runspeed reduced. (It's a really heavy gun.)
- Bulldog netcode modifiers optimized.
- Bulldog sometimes not cocking after firing online fixed.
- LS14 rocket reloads now work online.
- LS14 mismatched tips fixed.
- CYLO shogun ammo now feeds the CYLO.
- MR-DR88 ammo no longer pounded into the floor.
- SKAS-21 pickup no longer tiny.
- HMC-117's splash damage range and damage increased.
- HMC team code optimized.
- Bots now use HMC 25% blast at range.
- Coach Gun's range massively increased.
- Coach Gun's spread halved.
- Coach Gun's damage increased. (Coach gun is quite good at range!)
- Coach Gun + Sawn Off no longer move around when jumping.
- A49 pitch issues when dual wielded. (No pitch change ever.)
- A49 dual wielded upsidedownbug.
- MRDR dual wielded upsidedownbug.
- Sawn Off 3rd-person's huge muzzle flash.
- SRSM2 recoil increased.

Isn't it just me or the A49 no longer has a Fire Sound....?
Never got this problem before, I'll double check.

Edit: I can Confirm that there is no Fire Sound For the A49 as of the Recent Update.

I agree with CMGuy. There is no fire sound for A49 after that fix.

I never had that problem with the Nanoblade... not with the recent update anyway.


Anyway I see I'm not the only one with the A49 problem.

My A49's main fire sound is just barely audible, but I have no problems with the nano-blade.

I test something with the new hotfix patch this afternoon. I would like thank you to Sergeant Kelly, all your work is appreciated. Thanks for the patch. Now, the Bulldog works fine and has full accuracy with my realistic features settings at 0.000000 (disabled).

Well, the A49 also not have sound in primary fire for me, I can hear a very lower sound.

- LS-14 in zooming scope skips the animation when I reach the overheating. (I hope I explained well, sorry for my english vocabulary. Maybe someone can test what I say with the LS-14 and see the bug).

- And other strange and little bug with the XR4 System: It has a little muzzle flash from the SKAS Shotgun, you can see in the game if you hold the primary fire. Also in secondary fire, the barrels starts rotating and nothing else happens.

Grum, I haven't changed the Dragons Tooth in this hotfix, where did you download your V9 client from? Also, welcome to the forums!

Inbound fixes:
- SRS M2 recoil adjustments. (More kick default, camo variants have less chaos or less recoil)
- A49 sound volume fixed.
- LS440M pullout/putaway sound pitch set to 1.
- MRDR88 Deathmessage fixed.
- Doom fists 'swap rank' reduced to 1. (They'll still show up first when the mutator is used though.)


Are there any other guns you guys want to see the new accuracy scale applied to?

thanks for your support. I forgot to mention, that this bug happens once you equip it the first time. Once you slash with the sword or commit any other action, the bug wont occur anymore. To test it out, you may drop the sword, pick it up and equip it. The position of the sword will remain like shown in the picture for at least 2 or 3 seconds (as long as you do not do anything with it).

I'm not sure if i got the latest version of V9 before i patched, but ill try that out and re-download the whole pack and patch it. Ill post back by then. Thanks for the support so far

BTW: Good job on the bulldog, its way better then before. It even reload the rockets automatically now

The Wepaon Pack is nice so far,
But there are two Issues with the Laser carabines.
1. The Blue Laser Carabine rocket-reload is never ending, unless you press
the fire button to cancel the reload animation.

2.The Red Laser Carabine is way to over powered,
cause it has no clip, so there is never a reason to reload.
The Fire rate is also to high.
Its incredible hard to kill a skilled player having this Weapon,
unless yourself having the same weapon equipped.

And for me its the same with the Dragons Tooth bug, like Grum allready mentioned.

Are you playing with the blue laser online or offline? Do you have reloading disabled? Are you using the ModDB link (V9.1) with the V9.2 patch?

Also, the red laser is the Instagib rifle, which is exceptionally powerful. This gun is present in UT2004 as well.

Hey sarge, when do we get a shoulder mounted automatic weapon? Maybe something like a metalstorm concept? I found a shoulder mounted shotgun once, but I can't remember where it was or what it was called or even what pack it came from.

We have two planned for V10 actually. The first one, which was likely the design you saw, is the SK-410 "Sledgehammer".

That one's currently in game as the Close Assault Weapon System (CAWS).

The second one is the XMB-500 Incendiary Minigun. I think it would look dang cool with a shoulder mount.

Any chance of some more grenades/mines being added?

I'm not sure at this point. Maybe a plasma grenade, but that's a slim chance.

PS-9m Tranquilizer Pistol's been getting some loving lately! That huge dart on the front is the FMD-X medical gas dart. It can be mounted via secondary fire and stuck into some unfortunate teammate's eye.

What is your weapon orientation?

It can heal your teammates, your enemies, and yourself! Though the giant pointy dart itself is quite lethal and is very capable of murdering the target first. That giant brick thing on the front of the gun is its launching module.
