I wonder if there is small problems with the UV map

I like the RS04 very much and the longhorn too but... The LH's animations seem a little bit stiff, not lively... Don't take me wrong, it might just be my impression.

They look a lot better in game.

I think I do need to change the left upper arm a bit though.

BW can disable the dodging and limit double jumps already, and look up Bw sloth or BW community mutators on moddb.com for slower movement.

Beretta is beginning to look a bit nicer, though I'm still not satisfied.

This looks impressive so far, especially with the weapon models. If there is a server running these weapons, I would like to know.

Perhaps you can give the gun some unique touch... Like three black stripes that look like claw scars for example. Or some other symbol.

I ended up buying FRAPs for video capturing. I can't think of any good free ones off the top of my head.

Though I bet you guys will love the Longhorn once you get it. Kills with it are quite satisfying.

The T9C1 'Hammer' Machine Pistol is replacing the GRS1 Machine Pistol of V9. It'll have both gangster sights and iron sights this time around.

Ah...

Can't say I'll miss the GRS1, but I still want the backstory of the GRS1 to be on this new machine pistol. ^^

I never liked that GRS1 because of it's "accuracy", so it's good to see a new weapon replacing it!
Would it be more accurate, or the settings left the same?

Oi, hey sarge. How many cookies would it take to ensure the CAWS makes it in the next round? that thing is pure brutal. Not to mention effective at it's intended use. I use the thing in small maps on people. I've gotten quite good at aiming it under heavy pressure.

Gotta love that heavy weapon. I love that it launches bouncy mortar thingy. I peg so many people around corners with it.

Haha, a lot of love and tenderness went into making the CAWS. Unfortunately, the CAWS is at Advanced Weapon status, which means it won't be developed until later. Like the M2020, the CAWS is going to have a completely new model made for it.

Our current plan is to base it off the SK-410 "Sledgehammer" design I posted here approx. 5 years ago.

So lets see......... 5 guns modeled and textured, and two animated... got that right?

Methinks a blastguard or some sort would look perfect on the thing. I mean, it fires hunks of metal everywhere. I've seen that image, but I didn't know what it was for. I'd settle for it to be functional without a model, but what is the secondary ammo count and the ... the... Heat bar I guess? I can't figure it all out, but that may just be because it's not done. It's a beauty.

Heh, well that drawing is only a low detailed WIP. It's definitely getting a new model though. Time will dictate whether it uses a modified M202 FLASH model or the SK-410 Sledgehammer. And for the secondary ammo and heat bar, your guess is as good as mine.

Since we're 2/3rds through January, it's time for a Progress Report:

- We have 10+ models ready for ingame use.
- I personally textured 5 brand new guns in the last month.
- We have about 30 weapon prototypes ready to be paired with guns.
- 2 of the announced weapons are animated, and 2-3 more are currently in the pipeline.

Hopefully this month's media release on ModDB will include some nice ingame shots of the M2020.

What happened to that M202 model that someone was making?

I thought that model was going to be used for the Shock&Awe, the FLASH and the CAWS?

(Personally I love the sledgehammer model more for the CAWS. It looks so badass)
