Maybe. We haven't really decided on any one thing yet I don't think.

The MP40 is going to be a heavy SMG, like the PUMA, and won't be dual weldable. That means we can't give it a flashlight to pair up with. Stock folding / unfolding will likely be handled like the SAR with the special key controlling it. I'm not sure yet what the alt fire will be. It might just be iron sights or something.

I like ChaosMarine's UV bullet idea .
And if nothing better comes up, I say give the MP40 a melee attack.

And Silver Nitrate bullets also sounds good for the PUMA, (bullets with gas or liquid inside).

By the way guys, Sgt. Kelly's Ballistic Weapons Bonus Pack v10 progress appears on http://www.beyondunreal.com, but I don't understand one thing: two optional Expansion Packs?

Are both compatible, or can be mixed in one?

Well, its just what it says, instead of having like 60 weapons in one pack they will be broke down into two.

Naturally you can install both at the same time, this just prevents files from being too big and cluttered on the dev side (having to wade through 100+ classes for code in a single package is kind of a chore).

Damn it, I rely on the emails the board sends me to keep updated on this and when it stops doing it for whatever reason, I forget this is here for weeks or months until I remember and then have to get caught up. What did I miss? Has a new V9 release come out? I know you were discussing new weapons for V10 when the board decided to exclude me

Embarrassingly I do have it bookmarked. But like I said, I usually keep up with replies by email updates, and every now and again the board just decides to stop emailing me, and so I forget... only temporarily though, sooner or later I think "Hey, I haven't got an email in a while" and I remember.

And nah, the Instagib isn't actually instagib. I think it does around 200 damage. (Like the UT99 Enhanced Shock Rifle). It was previously named the Enhanced Shock Rifle but people didn't seem to get the reference.

Yes, I liked the old name. But UT players can't never forget that Instagib Rifle is the same name of Enhanced Shock Rifle.

And maybe, the bot had an armor, this explains all.

Mr. Kelly sir, what are the odds one can get a sort of magic button that removes all unwantedness? Like having old files from prototype V9 stuff when you have the real V9 available? A sort of maybe .bat magic button?

I included .bat files to remove the old, old stuff. (V8 and V6) Though to remove anything that escaped those files, you'd need to delete your BallisticV25.ini to purge the swap lists and get rid of all files except for:
