Sorry, not a big fan of the yellow, gives it that Nerf look, just to bright.

I think the gold should be used only on metallic parts so yeah the stock should be avoided, the counter too and the rivets as well.

Might I suggest simply making those gold and silver parts just a little less saturated, make them look tarnished like the black parts, especially the gold bits. More bronze like Warlock suggested..

Otherwise it's good, love the blue sight too by the way..

Also I notice the coloring on the sight overlaps other parts of the UVs, in front of the sight there. But I'm sure you're already fixing these things...

I agree with the gold parts looking too bright.

Otherwise very good, at first I thought having the same sight on this gun like on the SRS-Mod2 would make it a bit boring, but using a different colored reticle is a good idea.

love that last change, still has that waspish look but isn't over bright, once i get my problems with my video card drivers sorted out definitley reinstaling UT2k4(freaking ATI/AMD drivers are muffing up everything since last update)

Apparently I'm a derp, and CAN mount it, but it's not the button I thought I had set it to. Also, I like the brighter color.

The brighter colour makes it look too much like a child's toy gun. The dull colour is much better.

I'd say the darker color blends better, but really it's mostly the fact that it's a solid color and doesn't have some scratched or worn looking tarnish or just the texture pattern of the rest of the gun.

But it's your weapon, if that's the style you're aiming for, otherwise it's just too contrasting in my opinion to have texture patterns everywhere else but not on the gold parts, makes it look like the gold parts are neon lights rather than metal.

You'll easily get that contrast part with something if it's trimmed or whatever with stainless steel. So there's an extremely easy real life example to draw from.

Hmm, I'll have to work on the gold a bit more then. I'm personally a fan of the bumblebee yellow, so we'll see how it turns out.

In other news, permutations are pretty sweet.

I like the Black/Yellow one. The contrast looks nice.

The Sniper starts to show

Camouflage and upgraded variants are still in development, but I'll let you guys have a sneak peek at one of the sniper's.

Both of these new machineguns will normally fire the N1-Incendiary 50 caliber round, which is a mass-produced round that lights up the sky. These aren't exactly too accurate. However, some of the sniper variants will be equipped with the X83's N6-BMG HEAP round, which is super accurate, very high-powered, and goes KA-PEW when it flies past you.
