What's an Arsonist?

And MythBusters already tried litting oil on fire with a ciggarett... they've tried to blow so many things up with their smoke. All didn't work.

Arsonists are people who burn things down for their own amusement, often doing it illegally, sometimes to collect on insurance.

If the person responsible wasn't trying to collect insurance, then arson is the wrong word here.

Negative.
insurance is not the only reason for arson

e.g. commercial forestry here relies a lot on labour. If you are getting rid of some of your labour, or you upset them, they are in the habit of setting your plantations alight!

I think of a few other reasons as well....

On another note, do people here really want to have arsonists set on fire? That sounds rather barbaric to me.

I can't help but notice that they don't seem to mention that arson is about anything else but setting stuff on fire to collect insurance or other sort of fraud.

In that page, it does not say insurance is the only reason. It's core definition is to willingly set fire to a building or property for improper reasons, with collecting on insurance as an example.

Well, it is improper since that right there would be insurance fraud, and considering most kinds of fraud typically aren't totally legal, I think it's fair to put insurance collection in the "improper" category.
