+_+ an electro-shock chainsaw would be awesome. i know that there are mutators with chainsaws in them but they arent as good as the quality that i see in BW. :silly: of course there would be fuel you would have to pick or batteries what an electroshock chainsaw should have for primary fire is too start the motor (and the electroshock core thing) and alt-fire would be a hacking motion, and holding it can have you just drive that thing into your opponents stomach, spleen, liver, etc. it would be like a primitive version of the lightning gun so just seeing you opponent having spazzes on the ground bleeding all over would be pretty funny, like having some blood squirt here and there during each spazz inch: and your opponents aim can go insanely uncontrollable if they get hit (for a short period of time ofcourse)...

this is probably a non-realistic weapon for some people but hey... it's a mind-dump i thought up during my teacher's matrices lesson during 5th period... i got this idea when i saw the CG intro for Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War when the commander guy just drives his chainsword into an Orks stomach.

What about a "double barreled" chainsaw?

by double barrel do you mean two blades? or one blade with a gun barrel attached to it? the latter would be one weird ass weapon. inch:

:lol: i just thought of something hella-rious. what if for the special function it shoots out one of those tazer things. pointy things with hooks on them that are attached to some wires that are attached to the weapon that can attach to opponents and shock them into a seizurific state and they have to break free of the pointy wire hook things by running away. and to make it more realistic your opponents can pee their pants if shocked too much in a certain area just like IRL!:woohoo:

before you get close enough to use one you would be dead (i dont know, this could be said about all melee weapons...).

not really. you can sneak behind some enemy while ur teammate acts meatshields and/or decoys and start the chainsaw that would startle a human player who turns around and maybe blasts you in the face with a shotgun. but thats what the TASER is for. it makes his aim all shitty while he is having a fun time spazzing out you can carve him up pretty nicely. but even if you DO die your decoys and/or meatshields would shoot him up since his back is too them.

chainsaw?? not the most tactical of weapons.. horrible noise, melee range, fuel, heavy.. take a knife!

What about futuristic chainsaw that uses hydrogen as fuel? The bus I use to go school uses that as fuel and it creates pretty damn cool sound, not loud at all. It is a sound somewhat like the Raptor when it is flying.

And the range is short on all melee weapons, and hydrogen can be extremely compressed to have immense amount of fuel capacity.

That sounds better than the modern version you speak of?

Dual blades,Eletric shock, Theres something about the idea that just makes me smile .Nice idea,what if the dual blades spinned horizontel so when you cut your opponent it realy digs into them"drools at the idea of gutting my enemys"

Or change weapon mode to turn your blades vertical/horizontal, secondary fire for a sweep.
(like in UT'99: HEADSHOT!)
Other nice Idea: make the dual blades spin in opposite direction for more cutting/meatdigging power! MUAHAHAHA!!

Or make quad blades; two are set in an inner circle and the other two on outer circle. Then both groups of blades spin into the opposite direction to each other while they are sawing enemies like hell.

So many blades, my heads gonna explode!

I missed the old AS UT99 chainsaw. But maybe you should do a rapid spinning chainsaw with a plasma higlight.

Especially if the quad-bladed chainsaw digs into your head.
