Minutes ago...

"We have to get the hell out of here!"

I heard a series of explosions in the distance.

"Bloody hell!!!"

I saw another message on my visor.

"Screw the FPU! We need to get out NOW!"

I grab Bulska as he slips in the commotion, halfway carrying him out of the room.

Now...

"What the hell happened to that thing...?" I said, looking at the dead tank.

While I was busy looking at he destroyed Cryon I didn't notice the large blast door until it was too late and slammed my shoulder into it, leaving a large dent.

"Bulska! We need through here! Do what you can!"

In the mean time, I started trying to lift the door manually, but I could only manage to lift it a few inches.

I said to myself, "What the hell is that Kelly up to? Whatever it is, he's gonna get his ass kicked next time I see him..."

"Take it easy, blastdoors aren't hard..."

Bulska tried to press some buttons on the pannel next the door... nothing happened. After that he opened the pannel, switched some wires, and blastdoor opened with easy... only it stopped halfway.

"Ah well, we can fit trough. Lets go, the hatch is over that way."

The humans crawled trough the opening, running to the exit... but then there was a...

If Storm X really turned evil, I think he'd make a nice final opponent.

Sergeant Kelly texted Xavious again.

"Three minutes till detonation."

lets get out of the hatch and then face the final battle this is a little close corridors for a boss-fight ^^
So...

The people climbed out of the hatch and saw the sun go down. They had 3 minutes to run to the spaceship and fly away before everything explodes. Bulska saw the FPU's lying on the floor, he ran to it, picked out the right one and went back to the others. Now there was only one final obstacle left to leave this planet...

For a little clarification, only I (And Sarge) know how much time is left. I didn't want to tell you guys in case you freeze up or crack under the pressure.

Sergeant Kelly looked out the window of the Mk-212 Dropship. This was the second time he'd been in one today. The view was no different than last time; multiple stars in the distance, a planet slowly fading from view, an unmarked UAC Heavy Assault Ship speeding into view...

Wait... into view?

Then it hit him. Betruger was sending in a cleanup crew!

Grabbing his PDA out of his pocket, he cursed when he realized that they were out of signal range. With the EMP Emergency Discharge already used, they would have no way to outrun the UAC vessel. They would have to fight.

Hopefully the 'Haste' had a good weapons system...

Wait is Betruger the bad guy?

Betruger is the scientist Sarge takes orders from, and as far as I can tell, he's a bad guy.

then the robot sprang to life unarmed he tore the skirth enimies to shreds, then he looked around for some guns to use , then he spotted a M50 and a pair of am67 near a dead human he picked them up and walk to the ship

Cool.

Now... Let's get on with the story!

I go first out of the hatch, but I'm blinded by glaringly bright lights. I hold my over hand my eyes until my visor adjusts to the brightness.

Then I heard something. I heard a human voice. "Hey! Are you here to-"

I shot rang out and ricocheted off my shoulder.

"What the hell?!" I finally managed to see the scene. It was a ship, labeled UAC, and the Terrans that came from it were actually communicating with the Cryons.

I ducked back down as another shot rang out into the night.

"Son of bitch. That damn trait-!"

"Frag 'em."

"I'm on it sir."

"DAMN IT GET BACK EVERYONE!"

Weren't they gone already?

now it'll get interesting watch this
the robot got to his ship and repair the damages and rebooted the command staition it seemed a squad was under fire the robot pressed a button and all of a sudden a blinding light engulfed the ship and then reapeared at the scence (switched to first person)
scratiching my metalic head i then noticed what was going on i jumped out of the ship and calmly gunned down the cryons with my m50 in tight bursts and proceed to the humans to see what was the matter

That was the clean up crew Betruger sent in.

The UAC platoon commander ordered his men open fire.

"Damn it! Kelly was supposed to exterminate these bastards! Crawfield, activate the ship's weapon system."

Taking out his UAC A-14 Machinegun, the commander fired a spray of bullets down the hatch. His watch said they had two minutes before all hell broke loose.

"Two minutes till we evac! Crawfield, see if you can sabotage that ship."

"Yes, sir!" Crawfield reported as he ran to Bulska's ship. "They've got turrets! I need a satchel charge!"

"Granted."

Placing the large bomb on the hull of the Haste, he opened fire.

Heh heh, beat you to it, eh Sarge?

We all dove under the blast door as we heard something clang against the metal hatch and then down to the floor.

As the hand grenade detonated I heard shrapnel shower the blast door and I felt something sink into my back.

"Captain! Your tank! A piece of shrapnel tore through it!"

"Damn it, not again!" I took my fuel tank off and tossed it through the hatch.

"...The hell-"

I grabbed a signal flare from KylinRage, lit it and threw that out the hatch too.

All I heard after that was a fiery blast and men screaming.


OOC: Er, how'd Bulska get aboard? I thought he deactivated the blast door.

Did he sneak aboard?

"We lost the commander!" One of the men shouted as flames scorched the battleground. "Send down the Cryon!"

The Cryon did as they were told and leapt down, guns raised.

Crawfield looked at his watch, 1 minute and 30 seconds left.

Edit: Oh wait, Bulska went back to you guys. I thought he went to the ship

He has his ways of finding his way around, I'm sure he coulda snuck aboard.

I heard something heavy jump down the hatch. "Bulska, got anymore of those specialized rounds?"

No response.

"Bulska?" I turned around only to find him and KylinRage gone, evidently through that freshly opened hatch. I took one look and knew I couldn't fit through it.

"Heh heh... go get 'em guys."

I pulled out my saw and revved it up.

[UAC's view]

"What was that? Did you hear that? It's a freakin' chainsaw! What the hell is-" Fluids and blood fly out of the hatch, "Holy shit! Don't just stand there you idiots! 'Nade his ass!"

OOC: A new hatch opened?

"Get the heavy down there!"

The massive Exosuited UAC Officer leapt down the hatch. Firing a disabling EMP charge at Xavious, he ordered him to drop the chainsaw.

Revving up his UAC Chaingun, the officer put the special Cryon Sabot rounds in the gun's feed. (The rounds that Kelly got shot with earlier.)

Yeah, he found another hatch. A hidden hatch

"Thats a nice suit of armour you got there."

I grinned as I heard my backup power supply whirring to life. Revving up my chainsaw I dove forward as the chaingun roared into action.

I swung my blade upwards as I turned on my back, slicing the ammo feed in two. "Let's make this a little more fair shall we?"

He looked down as the chaingun kept firing, what was left of the ammo came closer and closer to my legs. Fortunately, the ammo ran out quicker than both me and the heavy realized. Upon realizing this, the pilot brought his foot above my head. I put my arms up, slowing his foot down, but my servos were screaming under the strain, I had to get out from under there. I gave a final push, throwing the power armour off balance and giving me a chance to roll out of the way of his foot. He regained his balance as soon as I got back to my feet, and swung his arm at me, knocking me back against the door and sending my trusted power tool out of my hands. No matter, it wasn't going to cut through his armour anyways.

"So, you wanna play rough do ya?"

He chuckled and grinned.

I ran towards him, and he grabbed for me. Fortunately for me he didn't have much control over that bulky armour, so I side stepped him and jumped onto his shoulder. I then started to punch his helmet until something cracked. He slammed me against the walls a couple times, compromising my sealed environment.

He then threw me on the ground and grabbed my head with his massive hand. My visor started to crack and I could hear my helmet straining under the pressure...

UAC CO:

The massive power armour climbed out of the hatch.

"Is the target eliminated?"

"Yes."

mine were a m50 and 2 am67 also im a robot :d a bit of a insurance policy
just incase if i die %-6 well back to what i was doing
"i caught a glimsp of a ship taking off, then a big explosion right next to it and then a couple of UAC members
came up to me and asked me if i knew them.
i replied "no i dont but ill go ask"
i then killed them both with my am67s, a few moments later my moition tracker picked up more units
"crap, more Cryons" i then deicided to huff it back to my ship and take off following the ship that left"

It ignited the fuel tank.

Heey... this is gonna get pretty hairy pretty quick!

"Okay, this is getting ridiculous!" Crawfield shouted. He looked at his watch. 30 seconds. "Everybody! Move out!"

He smiled and saluted to the heavy who had just climbed from the hatch. "We're boarding, get on."

There was a small explosion as the satchel charge blasted through the outer hull of the Haste. "Throw the two down there, we'll let them burn in the explosion." Two unconscious bodies fell down the hatch, Kylin and Bulska.

"Good work, men." Crawfield congratulated as the platoon re-boarded their ship and took off.
