Yeah, its been out for a little bit less than a month, so I'm wondering who of the RuneStorm community has UT3 or is hoping to get it for Christmas? If you have it, what are your thoughts on the game, anything you really love or hate about? If you don't plan on getting it why?

I myself have it and love it to death. Vehicles are way funnier to use now, though its a tad sad [but makes total sense] that you don't get those *you did a 360, 720 crazy ass spin* for them, but i can live without it.

Only true gripe is with the lack of CTF and Warfare maps and not enough muts (wtf Epic, why no Arena?).

Still, amazing game, way better than UT2k4 (i can get frags online!)

Yeah, though i spend 3800 (canadian) *and no flaming it cause i could have got it cheaper Bjossi* on my system (minus the Bose speakers +400) and everything runs beautifully.

I don't! And I will probably steer clear until I have extra money that cant be spent on anything else laying around.

I want something that is guaranteed to at run everything in the next couple of years decently and max out everything currently out. I also want don't want to have to upgrade as often.

I spent around 1k on an upgrade over 1.5 years ago, and I can still max out today's games with very playable performance.

And I don't have UT3 btw, don't plan to buy it any time soon either.

I used NewEgg, wasn't too difficult since I have a link there that purchased and sent the parts to Iceland for me. Then I paid the bills and I had a fantastic PC for nothing compared to the prices here.

My computer can easily handle UT3, the 8800 GT runs the demo silky smooth, but the card cost too much and now I can't buy the actual game.

We don't have yet.. we'll get it sometime.. i think it was released over here, 3 days ago or so..

I have it! there are all these people going around shouting how it 's not worth the money and a step down. but i completely disagree. a brilliant game that can only get better!

I've got my hands on UT3. . .But I have to admit I've been neglecting it in favor of CoD4, which has been very addicting both online and offline.

No doubt, though UT3 is very well done. Some things feel a little awkward compared to the less serious feeling UT games of the past, but other things feel much better.

The manta, for instance. Someone injected the thin with Ninja DNA. I absolutely love it compared to the 2k4 version.

What the didn't tell you, all Manta get essence of Ninja be to super 1337!

Over here prices drop very shortly after release, then there won't be further price drops until in many months or even a year.

No price drops here.

Over in Michigan we don't get any price drops until several months or more. Of course, there are exceptions, but yeah, you get price drops more frequently than me.
