In the future yes. Remember that EA got a new CEO not long ago, who seems to care more for quality than quantity, unlike the previous guy in charge.

Reaching conclusions from an article skim-through is a bad habit. Read the entire thing or put the opinions on hold, this is the reason stories often change as they go from one place to another; people bend it to left and right because they either misunderstood or are too lazy to actually see it in perspective.

Anyway, yes, all corporations have the future in the spotlight. As Jeffrey Jey says in the song Now is Forever: The past is all that's gone, the future is here to come.

The CEO has the right idea of what makes a game good; creativity and innovation along with high standards in sound and visuals. But I do think he is overestimating the casual gamer; no matter how low licensed games sink in terms of quality, there will always be a bunch of people buying them for the sake of the name alone. I'm glad he is ignoring that fact and going to aim at getting the standard up a few notches.

thats true. I hope EA can really pull this off. if they can, I may play their games again. if not, well, I won't touch another EA game. I realize that if you don't like EA, DON'T buy their games. I have heard that a lot.
