I had the same problems with early versions of my mod. So many references!

Q3 BFG? (I prefer this one, its a rapid firing gun, not a whoosh BOOOOOOOOM gun which are all over the place already.)

Ahm......the DOom 3 BFG ist the correct form of BFG. It fires computer guided green slow destructive Plazma balls^^

I prefer the BFG from the mod unreal4ever it combines the fire of the Q3 BFG with a partial homing feature for the primary fire and the combination of the doom 3 / quake 2 BFG with the explosion of the redeemer

The secondary fire eats a lot of cartridges but it's a lot of fun

Ah and the u4e (2k4 version) also makes a slight vacume effect before kablooay.

The new guns are finished. I'm just making general balance tweaks, fixing bugs, adding new features, etc.

If you guys think anything should be changed or modified, post it here and I'll look into it.

make the golden gun's bullets up to snuff with the laser- its kind of strange having a generic pistol with a uber secondary fire.

I don't know, maybe 55 damage for torso?
you could also make the laser a little weaker, so the firemodes are more balanced, still leaving a superweapon as a package.

Info For The Minigun, Please?

I see no changes, other than you have already made.

The GRSXX laser is getting a slight nerf in the next version. It now does a little bit more than twice as much damage as the GRS9.

@ Storm X: The minigun info will come at a later date.

Besides,don't underestimate a GRSXX with its mega laser of doom and FULL AUTO primary fire.

HMC-117 Volatile Photon Cannon





Manufacturer: Nexron Defence.

Background: The HMC 117 Volatile Photon Cannon, often nicknamed 'The Sentinel', was created originally as a tool for testing heat shielding on space craft. Due to its general lack of a reliable heat output, the HMC was scrapped in favor of other testing methods. Deemed an overall failure, somehow a variant of this bulky device managed to find its way onto the field and proved to be quite effective at taking out Cryon units. Its chargeable capacitor banks allowed it to tackle even the most hardened Cryons. While the original HMC power cells are long gone, Nexron modified HMCs can successfully run on HVPC power cells.

XMB-500 Personal Minigun





Manuacturer: Enravion Combat Solutions.

Background: The XMV-500 Personal Suppression System is a prototype weapon being developed by Enravion as a low-recoil, precision minigun. The XMV-500 has been designed for ease of use with infantry and boasts firerates of 600 to 2400 RPM. This weapon has very good accuracy when the user is stationary but cannot be fired safely at higher speeds while moving. To prevent damage to the user and the weapon, the XMB-500 will automatically lock when mobile at cyclic speeds over 600 RPM. It should be noted that the speed sensor will malfunction if submerged in liquid or not properly cared for.

Primary Fire: Variable Automatic Fire.

The transparent holes are caused by Kelly using transparent textures to hide certain elements of the guns. For example, the tarp on the AM67 is hidden by the texture's, and some elements of the HMC-117 (FlameThrower Cylinder), and the M30A2 Tac Rifle (M50 Grenade Barrel "Removed") (If anything is wrong, smack me later)

I think Sgt. Kelly has a fix for the AH107 on the first page.
