Finally got power back today... that is why I've been gone. In other amazingly stupid (but very good) news, I got Maya 5 PLE working again. Simple fixes are fun: set the damn computer clock to September 20th (today's date), 2 Thousand THREE (yay, off 5 years). Now... I can reopen the PLE and it doesn't ask to get a new version. For those who have that dumb problem (wasn't the thing supposed to be infinite anyways?), clock resets are great tricks!

I got the idea from the DS Pokémon games trick of setting the clock to a different date so certain Pokémon appeared. Great to know these tricks work for at least Maya 5 PLE so far!

I'm moving (back) to Colorado whenever I finish up with stupid school... I was actually in the path of Hurricane Ike, so my mom and I left for my bro's apartment.
