I like it, only thing that bothers me a bit is the fact of him having small hands.

Nice picture. I think I have a Gundam figure that used to look something like that- Scythe and everything, but I cant remember where I placed it. The last time I saw it was nine years ago

It has some defects, yes but it's one of the bests mechs I did
The hands are bit small and not well made at all but it was very difficult to make something good at this level :/

There is two Gundams with scythes the Deathscythe from Gundam wing and the Forbidden from Gundam seed, but my model is sightly different

Looks like Gundam, thats about it.

The scythe blade looks as though it could pivot on the top of the staff, turning it into a halberd (if the blade goes up), or an axe (if the blade goes down). (Damn! that was one of my weapon ideas for BW! Aw well back to the drawing board)

To make an AXE is a bit difficult second the position but if you want I can design a scythe with the axe function

I mean that's its like (this is the characters name, if you laugh then you are immature) Horny's scythe from DK2 (watch the intro and you will see what I mean).
