What's your favourite genre? band? what Instrument you play or want to play?

I like Metal. mostly Thrash metal, stuff like Metallica and some Megadeth. I like the Bass guitar. I wish I could play it. actually I want to buy one!

I do have a acoustic guitar, but it's a cheap one and I don't know how to play it well. I know some things though. but i can't play fast.

Modern Alternative (Or Grunge as it's called), Rock, Some acoustic junk.

Band is Breaking Benjamin, because everyone knows they're totally badass and Benjamin is GOD. Three Days Grace comes close.

I did try playing an acoustic guitar once, but my hands are like greasy sausages and ended up selling it. I never want to play an instrument.

erm... My favourite bands are probably Tool, Rise Against, Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold, Killswitch Engage, Parkway Drive, Firelake and i think thats about it...

you play electric or acoustic guitar?
ehehhe, the only thing I can play in the acoustic guitar is the beggining of Nothing else matters(i mean the first 10 seconds of it ) and that opening riff of "one". I never went to a guitar school or something. mainly because I don't want to play acoustic guitar, but I want to play Bass. or electric guitar.

I listen to a bit of everything, from My Chemical Romance to Kenny Rogers.

I also like listening to music from games, like Halo and Castle Crashers. Portal has one of my favourite songs, in Still Alive

I listen to everything i like. The things i cant stand are pop and metal all kinds (cept heavy) like black, grind, gore, death, meat, lucifer blalalalah all that hellish music

Well, I play mostly Electric, but I play acoustic guitar a fair bit too! sometimes I play bass, whenever I can get my hands on one - I dont own one...

I'm still not that good though, most people at school who play are easily better than me, theres this one kid, he's been playing for like 1 year and he can already do really hard riffs and stuff from really heavy bands.

To play bass/electric guitar it is really necessary to have an amplifier or you can play without one?

You can play an electric guitar without an amplifier, but it won't be very loud at all. You'd be better off playing an acoustic if that was the case.

my fav music: Iron Maiden, Johannes Brahms, all Mike Patton's projects, Kiss, Pantera, Nicollo Paganini, Danny Elfman, Jesper Kyd, Trent Reznor, Frederic Chopin, Snot, Cannibal Corpse, Immolation, Testament, Motorhead, MISFITS, The Black Crows, various jazz and blues bands which i dont know by name ... blahblahblah list goes on
i really dislike all those MTV nu-metal bands, especially slipknot, who think they are the pinnacle of metal and human culture. blergh.

i play guitar(electric and accoustic,bass sometimes), keyboards and drums.
equipment: Cort X6, Cort Katana KX1Q, Fender Strat, Laney HCM 65 Amp, GuitarPort, new Zoom effects and marshall jackhammer stompbox (just for live play).
