Yeah but it has the fire modes, remember that I noticed them and mentioned them.
when you play with reloads it doesn't change anything but when you play without them you can maintain the trigger pulled and fire continuously, when sgt kelly reduced the ROF of this weapon it doesn't affected much the balance but normally the firmode shouldn't be useable

Sgt Kelly really has improoved our weapon pack!! Now it's actually like i always wanted it to be . Well he's a great coder! But guys it seems to me you start pushing him on doing things on that pack. I'm shure he has many other things to do and besides, he has fixed all bugs. Actually we now got some time to work on that pack. I just installed Maya and Fische got the Spas animation.
I played the new version and as I said it's fantastic though the RPG could go crazy more often .. Hahah man i was laughing as that rocket just flew somewhere. I think it's obvious that Sgt.Kelly put a lot of work into that pack and now he really deserves a rest .
So we will continue fix the pack (that whats left to fix , like sounds, animations and balancing requests.)

1.0 version changes:
New Sounds for M99 abd other weapons
Spas animation
Balancing requests
Maybe the Heavy Assault rifle (released after fixes above)

It appears that the gun has an underslug grenade launcher, and for those who wanted an OICW, this gun appears to cover the same grounds.

It sure does, although they look like more like a bunch of rockets. Or those special Explosive Rounds.

Well, until more information is revealed I can only guess, But I believe those are possible self-propelled grenades, considering their size. They will, if so, travel a straight path at a high velocity, though useless at short range.

As much as I don't like AK47's due to their 'overexposure' in games in general, the AEK918 from Battlefield: Bad Company would not be unwanted.

If not, then Bad Company is possibly a good place to look at for decent weapon sounds at least.

AKs are overexposed, but that's because most gamers wants that weapon in their games

I prefer AK47-lookalike weapons instead, if its AK74 or looks like it, QUICKLY DESTROY THE GAME!!!

They're both quite different.

The AK47 uses 7.62x39mm while the AK74 uses 5.45x39mm. AK74 is lighter than AK47, and most the times AK74 is made out of plastic. Its AK47 and AKM you can't difference with, all I know is that AKM is light-weight and thanks to that it reduces recoil.

To find a big difference; AK47 has more recoil but is more powerful, and the AK74 has less recoil but its way too less powerful, so it really sucks ass. If you disagree, try any of the three STALKER games.

They should use the AK47 or even AKM instead of the worthless AK74.

I talk in therms of weapon design, STALKER wanted to put those chars because they wanted to, the AK 74 is weaker than the 47, that's a fact, but otherwise using one or an other in a game doesn't make real differences, the stats aren't the ones from the reality, they are simulated or completely invented.
The main differences you are showing is in therms of stats, but coders put what they want.
STALKER wanted to simulate, Ok, but does is mean that's the reality ?

I would think it increases it- less weight means less force to move it and so what weight there is is pushed much harder.

AK74 is becoming more overused than the AK47, atleast for me. And nobody cares about the AKM anymore.
