I noticed some of you wanting new maps to play in for BW and the upcoming BW invasion mod.

i made these maps, some with BW in mind, others not, but anyway, they're all pretty realistic.
please enjoy.

side note: these maps have been tested so many times by me they probable don't need to be called beta, but i just wanted to get some other opinions. like an editor proof reading a newspaper article.

Wait, there's an upcoming BW Invasion mod? Sweet! Where can I find more info on this? I love invasion!

I was snooping around this forum and found somewhere they got jacob skin to be a monster and to hold the m50 and shoot at you.
They said they needed mappers to go with it so i answered the call.

these are some sweet maps bro, but for some reason I can't get No-Man's-Land to play :S but from what I did play, these would be sweet for a Ballistic Weapons invasion game, especially WelcomeDeath

You need CBP2 textures and static meshes. sorry 'bout that, and thanks for the compliments.

Does anyone know a website i could upload to that doesn't require membership, so you don't have to have an account to get my maps?

Dude go at moddb and post your maps as UT 2004 addons
Or contact me and I send them for you, they will appear with proper credit and description (give me of course the description you want to give)

Oh yeah, just played no-mans-land for the first time the other day and it's definably my fav always liked the idea of a trench warfare map, now i have the urge to start finishing up some of the maps i just up and left on (not sure of the purpose of this smiley, but it seemed to fit...)

Hills

To much texture tiling,
No real lighting,
Bad bot pathing.

And pretty much the same to all the maps,

They are good to play with though.

yeah i know about the texture tiling in hills, but for some reason i like it.

and when you say about the lighting, do you mean change the brightness of the sunlight actors, or to add light sources like lamps and stuff?

i've noticed some things with the bot pathing, they seem to run in one direction only most of the time. is there some property of the reachspecs that makes them go in both directions more often? i don't want to add so many that it slows the map down

There is no real lighting, It seem to be flat, No real nice shadows, and then there are complete black shadows.

Many people can`t register/download from levels4you.
Can you upload this from filefront, for example?
