My only problem with this grenade is it doesn't really have a flash... Is it possible to use the AM67 flash.. just bigger and slightly longer lasting?

Sorry for the inconvenience to put it again. Kelly, have you checked or seen the special mode (Melee Slash) from Cylo UAW rifle when you hit the floor or a wall? It makes a bullet hole texture instead of knife cut texture.

Since I have IDEAS but only know a little about modeling (taking a class for Blender) and nothing about texturing and coding, here are some things I think this pack could use:

- A new revolver of some sort. We've only got two, and it would be awesome to have more.
- A liquid nitrogen gun (possibly a reskin/recode of the new Reptile acid gun). Because we STILL don't have a way to put out fires.

And also we have no guns that freeze enemies.
Does anybody know the freezer from U4E?

1 tip tho, SRS-Mod2 iron sights are a bit bummer. It is very hard to aim, especially when the weapon itself is swinging aroud. It would be real nice if would made the sights bigger. Like 1/3 of the screen would be the sights alone.

It's an issue with the way those particular sights were modelled, as the Garand's rear aperture is much larger. The weapon animation is because the weapon is based on a rifle that is scoped in BW, and thus only had fire animations designed for hipfire, which are of course exaggerated because of the caliber of the round - even though the M14 EBR doesn't really have very high recoil. There's nothing that can really be done about it, as the model and animations for the SRS weren't made by the team.

The Bulldog is almost done codewise! Now alternate fire will load in a FRAG which can then be shot by pressing alternate fire again, or ejected by pressing primary fire.

Also, the HUD has gotten a little improvement.

The SKAS shotgun has a great look!

The new icons in the HUD are a good idea. Perhaps you may have to lower them a bit (although I guess that is still working on it).

But above all, great job!

Is it possible to alpha out the grenade launcher part of the M50? I think it'd look real awesome. Really awesome for just a standard AR.

Causes problems with muzzle flash, UDamage and backfaces.

Muzzleflashes and backfaces would not be affected. If you guys go to pages 4 through 8 you'll see why I can't do that, though. We actually had an M50 sans Grenade Launcher a while back, and it was the earlier M30. Fun gun, though I think the MARS-2 will fill its role nicely.

2.5 Released, to I see Kelly's weapons being released or is it just an old Version flashback?

Yes, it is compatible with v2.5 if you mean the new V. The earlier Vs are probably not.

I'm using 2.5 right now and yea...we have compatibility issues.

The Beta guns as well as those from Jack Carvers and Kabs packs can be inserted into a Loadout game but BW won't register them as BW weapons so you need to select 'Show all weapons' in loadout and scroll right down to the bottom of the list of you want to use them.

For regular swapping, none of them appear at all. But I think I can force them in by editing the ini in the right place.

But it isn't like BW crashes if you try to add them or anything, so there's that.

Dual wielding does not work between 2.5 and 2.1 guns, that's the only major bug I noticed.

Also why does my screen flash blindingly white 5 times in a row sometimes? Is that the XMk5 dart effect?

Weapons not based on BCoreV25 will not work properly. I'll convert them... if I can actually find them. The Friendly Mines mutator has dead links.

The private beta of the community pack works just fine as it was ported to the new base already.



I wouldn't say that a bug as they aren't intended to be compatible - different code bases.

I got 2 questions.I installed BW 2.5 and it works perfectly,but i dont have any Sergeant Kelly weapons.My questions are,does pack V9 work with 2.5 and does it have all V8 weapons?
