Exactly! But a lot of people in the ABA clan would hate it, because all they use is the heavy weapons.
If this icy weapon does come as a new BORT round, it'd be scary for people use heavy weapons excessively. I could see it now: having the BORT set to the freezing round, freezing the heavy weapon user and while the BORT's reloading, switch the round and blow them up.

Forgive me that I hate to be abrasively picky, but when I mentioned more grenades I meant more weapons in the hand thrown grenade slot. Right now I have some YARM and Annihilation weapons in the loadout for that such as Laserbomb (too powerful and has an ammo bug) and Proximity mines.

The problem with grenade types on one weapon using the fire mode function is the 'cycle' factor which you only can cycle forward, and there's also the matter of constantly switching to default mode per respawn. This makes a weapon feel more uncomfortable to use especially when there's cock action you have to wait for.

Still wondering about Assault Rifles and SMGs.

The clan would probably embrace it, it would be great to clear a room or immobilize a mob, I can see this as a very useful thing.

If an explosion happened to occur near you, if you were carrying any normal weapon, you would be slowed down, and your aim would be thrown way off. If you were carrying a heavy weapon, you would be immobilized for 1 - 3 seconds.

I don't think a high polygon count is something to brag about for a weapon unless you're seriously going to have LODs for it.

Showing polygon amount is to satisfy curiosity of viewers, not to brag for the maker.

Personally, that model lacks detail. Just me though.

I think a nice big texture should alleviate any problems with detail.

That's the backblast, most rocket launchers are able to do that guys.
In games most developers don't put it.

Then lets! I kinda wanna see the player behind me catch on fire and possibly be temporarily thrown several feet back while in ragdoll mode!

The G5 and SMAT both have big intimidating backblasts, but they don't do any damage so the new rocket launchers probably wont either. I'd like to see people burst into flames too, but I'm gonna keep these in line with the originals.

The FLASH is detailed but there is some "empty spaces" that will be detailed with a texture
the mechanical details are on the clip and under the weapon.
the other fact is also the tubes are pretty much high poly, so because of this, the weapon is very high poly.
My weapon is pretty close to a real Flash weapon and have its borders curved instead of being a right box
I think I didn't chosed my cylinders in the right way because this pretty much multiplied the polygon count by a lot.
I will try to work on that polycount because I think this would probably make the things easier later on.
But the machinegun is probably the weapon that will be kept as it is, it has a high polycount but I didn't made mistakes on that one.

You need Ballistic 2.5 first though, do you have that? If not, there's really no good excuse... it's freakin' awesome. Plus you need it for this pack anyway, which only increases the awesomeness...

Hey Grizzlykiller! This problem has happened to me also. The first thing you can do is delete the "BWCache.ini" from your UT2004 System directory. Well, the second thing is to look at the file "UT2004.log" and see every "Warning" message (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) can you see some error message that is associated with the Sergeant Kelly package or any of his weapons?

There is another possibility, when you've been working on your fantastic mod (thanks for the Viper Laser guy!) are you sure have not accidentally changed or modified any of the original file of Ballistic Weapons?
