Blade Sword, How did you make that little metal thing at the back of the FLASH. I mean, did you just extrude and rotate or what, because i've been trying to find a way to make an evenly coiled spring in blender. How did you make it evenly rotated and nice looking? haha

I used the same thing to build most of the ronald raygun weapon I did. You have to use the 3d cursor and face the model correctly to avoid having messed up circled parts and select the part you want to extrude in a regular circle pattern, then you go to one of the pannels on the menus and there is a function called spin you enter a number of steps and an angle, you can also select the clockwise and counterclockwise extrusion and press that spin button.
I will post a little tuto with screenies to complete what glosmostinex did

Two things:

1) Love this pack, it's really great. I exclude some of the overpowered weapons, but they're well done nonetheless. Question: Are there any plans to release any type of shotgun? The redcoach (and sawn off) are great, and I like the design of the SKAS, but as the wiki mentions it's a bit unbalanced. If there's any more shotguns coming, please lemme know!

2) Speaking of the SKAS, the SRAS/G-21's ammo is bugged. It never shows up. When I set it to swap something, it just gives me the 10-gauge ammo drum. So I can't reload it at all (unless I pick it up from someone else using it)

Other than that, great work. ETA on new release?

3) The "Recolors" mutator, for some reason, disables Ballistic Sprint, whenever I have them both enabled.

One thing, please no more lasers on pistols. Every original weapon but the GRS9 and the Bort have lasers? Really? Would be cool if only a few weapons had this leet addition, but no.

Hmm? Only the AH104 and AH208 have lasers as far as my pistols go. The .44 AMT Automag shown above won't have a laser or a silencer. I can't think of any special fires for it actually, so (reasonable) ideas are welcome.

I suggest keeping it just as a normal weapon. Single fire, maybe burst. Just an ordinary pistol. But that's just me.

I agree with Par0l, but if nothing better is sugested, how about a pistol whip?

To be honest, if you leave it as a normal weapon, I won't use it. That is not a threat, just end user feedback...

The realistic weapons do not compete at all... I do not know what to suggest other than custom ammo, such as RPBs... kind of like a neutered bulldog (the gun with frag 12s not the canine)

Actually, the Bulldog, while it fires BOLTs, it doesn't fire bolts. No rocket bullets are used, just big ol' exploding slugs.

The smoke comes from the smoldering coating that ignites the powder in the slug (that disperses the powder on impact to create a barothermic explosion).

Though I agree. Another generic pistol with nothing special about is not something that interests me either.

I meant the frag 12's not the primary fire... but those are grenades technically :/
ok, I admit defeat, but I mean have two ammo types, normal bullets and a RPB clip, make the RPBs few compaired to the normal rounds, special removes the current clip and puts a full clip of the other in (assuming you have enough ammo)

I have an idea; a ricocheting alt fire bullet the bullet should only bounce once, I think that will add a bit more to the pistol, actually the automag mk V is 50 AE like the jack carver DEagle

IMO im fine with it as it is, it doesnt have to be too special, just another gun to play with.

Hmmm.... Perhaps I could take a more sci-fi approach and make the muzzle of the gun some sort of advanced quantum destabilizer. Alt fire could use the power of science to tunnel through body armor.

This idea is stolen straight of Resistance 2, but....
How about having the gun fire remote detonated explosive rounds? (like the Resistance 2's Magnum)
The gun would shoot .50AE by default, but pressing the Weapon Special would swap the .50AE cartridge by one with said explosive rounds (with a smaller ammo count). Once a bullet hits a surface, or enemy, it can be detonated with alt fire (like a low power,manually detonated version of the M46 Proxy Mines)

U should add that as a camo varient

If you add an extended mag, and a stock to the pistol, then make alt fire a launcher of some sorts. Maybe it shoots smoke grenades, or a thermal light that lights up heat signatures.

For that new pistol there, yeah... if it's going to be "just a pistol", I have the M806A2 for "just a pistol". Don't really need or want another one. Now, on the other hand, if this one were to, say, ignore armour and damage just the health for some reason... that would be nice.

Perhaps an underslung taser?

No new shotguns as far as I know. SRAC bug is a good find, we're going to be giving it a new magazine and pickup though.

And the M10 Jackson Automag now officially has the Quantum Accelerator attachment. It will tunnel through both flesh and steel, though at the cost of good wound ballistics.

To be honest, anything beats the GRS9. That's why Kelly made the GRSXX. I'm just scared he might make a better version of that, cause then logically you'd have to call it the GRSXXX, and well... lol

Also, I'm gonna keep on this cause I never see any acknowledgement about it... please make the prototype CYLO-E not do any damage unless you can make it explode. It kills people before you can get the kaboom, which (just IMO) defeats the entire point.

Also I still love the LS440.
