I just finished the medical facility and it is awesome, great work guys! But I was wondering if you can give any hints to the passcode for the sick-bay? I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything. |

If the notes don't bug out (sometimes text doesn't appear :\ ), well, that's all I'll say |

ShadowBlade wrote: If the notes don't bug out (sometimes text doesn't appear :\ ), well, that's all I'll say It happens frequently for me :/ http://img845.imageshack.us/img845/396/1rfp.jpg Sometimes we can't play in azerty (only in qwerty). While playing in coop (Evil Science), the elevator get stuck before the 2nd floor. We weren't able to reach it. http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/9750/5mhy.jpg Regularly in coop, players who joined the game can't see the host (I mean the player ingame) and few objects like buckets and radioactive containers. There's a lot of colision bug too. Do you plan to add a "savegame" fonctionnality? Can you explain how the radar is working? (what "beep beep blue" and "beep beep green" means) Thanks! |

Hey, took the new evil science level for a spin, looks great! lots of big juicy parts to put away. and restocking the med packs is rather gratifying =P i had nearly cleaned the level but there seemed to be some blood or viscera (blue sniffer) stuck in the vent on the 2nd floor, i'm pretty sure i got all the blood outside the vent but the blue sniffer kept going off. is there some way to get in there? also the slippery floors were cool, any chance of a slippery floor cleanup kajigger? maybe make blood slick if there's enough of it =P you could use like sawdust or something and then have to pick up like sawdust chunks XD |

Same for me. I saw a blood texture in the vent but i cannot reach it. I completed the level successfully anyways. Is it normal that we unlock the achievement "Spice of Life" from the UDK when we completely clean "Evil Science"? |

Nice and bloody! I've noticed something though. When near the Slosh-'O'-Matic my character slows down and starts auto walking for a short time, anyone else notice this? For really morbid sick detail we should be able to use some body bags as waste bins, unzip and throw in the parts, zip up and drag to furnace. Edit: I'm an idiot, I noticed it was wet floor feature. |

How's that thing work anyway? I've gone both blue and green but I have no idea how it works. |

I think I saw a little quantity of blood in the vent (near the grid) apart from the viscera. |

Regarding sniffer: Blue mode scans for blood and viscera. Green mode scans for bullets, junk, etc. Mouse 1 toggles blue mode on/off. Mouse 2 toggles green mode on/off. The closer you are to something, the quicker and more high pitch it beeps. |

One thing I'm noticing with the med-bay level is it's much more satisfying to clean up because the walls are generally brighter and whiter than the other levels. Some of the other levels look really dark and dingy even after they're clean, so the experience of cleaning them up isn't quite so rewarding. Just something to consider. Only major problem I had with this level is the text not appearing on the notes and tablets; but I guess that's already been reported. I assume there's no way to open the locked doors? |

The locked doors can easily be hacked if you listen carefully, even if you don't find the note with the code on in working order. |

I don't understand how the door could be hacked, and I haven't been able to find a note with the code on it anywhere, could someone give me a better hint as to how to get into the sick-bay? |

Every time you press a button on the Sick-Bay keypad a sound will play, if you enter the right number in the right position, an additional subtle 'click' sound is played to indicate you got a digit right. For example, if the code was 1234, and you enter the code 5294 you would hear the click sound twice, for example, paying attention to the * symbol, which represents a subtle click sound. Actual code: 1234 Code you enter: 5294 You would hear clicks on: -*-* That should make it very easy for you. |

Right. So you'd go 1111, then 2222 and so on, noting which key presses "click" along the way. This should require no more than 10 guesses, probably fewer since the code is comprised of smaller numbers |

Good to hear about the door code/notes, I thought I was going loony when the text from the notes disappeared. It was quite disheartening to put in roughly two hours of masterful scrubbing to clock out in shame, but the mop is not intimidated, round two! Soon... Soon... |

I tried listening for the clicks, but I couldn't tell what I was listening for, could someone give me a hint as to where the note is? |

You'll find the note in the Holding Cells room. |

I have to report back and say that I am currently locked out of the upstairs code-room as well, and I don't notice any differences in the keypad sounds. The notes generally go blank after 10 or so minutes of playing and I tackled the downstairs first, arriving at the holding room too late. It's just a blank piece of paper for me now. Hope it's fixed soon. |

I should note that I've run into blank notes only ones, and I suspect I know the cause. This happened when a friend of mine was paging me over Trillian, and I had to keep alt-tabbing out of the game, which was running in full-screen native resolution. After Alt-Tabbing once, notes immediately around me were still readable, but any one ones that had to load when I approached them simply didn't. The same was true of computer consoles: They were blank when I approached them and would light up only when I tried interacting with them. After that, they'd have contents until I moved away from them. Returning later would see them blank. My impression - and this is mostly a guess - is that Alt-Tabbing causes notes and consoles to fail to load automatically. They can still be forced to load if a change to their appearance is required, such as the the little "hand" icon moving about, but this only works on items which can be interacted with. As there's no way to actually affect the contents of a note, the system seems to think they don't need to be redrawn and leaves them blank. This has not happened to me on any subsequent playthrough where I didn't have to Alt-Tab, so I'm going to point to that as a likely culprit. I don't know why it would be, though - I don't know anything about the UDK. |
