So, you mean binding Q to a function in the options menu never works? It remains bound to something else and it doesn't accept it?
I will look and see why the Q key would not be accepted.

Hi, all "Viscera Cleanup Detail" (include "Santa's rampage" and "Shadow Warrior") do not recognize correctly AZERTY. The key "Q" is not working. So I can walk forward, backward and strafe right but I can't strafe left. |

I bound "Q" to other funtions then I re-bound "Q" to "Strafe left" and it worked. I don't know why. |

I believe I found the issue, should be fixed in the next update.
